How accurate is GPTypo's detection?
Our published accuracy is on the transparency page, including false positive rate and benchmark methodology.
How does verification differ from the free estimate?
The free tier uses a fast local heuristic scorer. Pro and Team plans run your text through a fine-tuned neural model for higher-confidence scoring. See how verification works.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your account avatar in the top right, choose Manage subscription. That opens Stripe's billing portal where you can cancel, change plan, or update payment.
Can I delete my scan history?
Yes. Pro+ users can delete individual scans or clear their entire history from the scan history page. Deletion is permanent.
Where does my text go?
Text you scan is sent to our API for scoring and is never sold. Full details on the privacy policy.
